Distributions are made at the discretion of the Fund and may not be made at all. Redemptions are subject to the lock-in period, notice requirements and other limitations described in the offering documents. Past performance is not indicative of future results. References to the track record, assets or scale of businesses founded or managed by members of the Faes & Co team, do not solely reflect the track record or performance of Faes & Co or the Fund.

This website contains forward-looking statements, identified by terms such as "may," "will," "expect," "target" or similar terminology; actual results may differ materially, and Faes & Co undertakes no obligation to update or revise them. Certain information has been obtained from third-party sources, including ATTOM Data Solutions, and has not been independently verified; no representation or warranty is made as to its accuracy or completeness.
